Disinfection for aquaculture — water, equipment and processing surfaces — with anolyte produced on site.
Electrolysed water has a wide range of uses in aquaculture and fish processing: disinfecting water, tanks, equipment and processing surfaces, and reducing microbial counts on fish and seafood.
Kirkmayer generators make the disinfectant on site from water and salt, so there are no hazardous chemicals to store near the water, and anolyte degrades without leaving toxic residues.
